“I was looking for a solar light to light my flag at night. After reviewing multiple options I went with the SOLVAO based on the reviews. I couldn't be happier. I use the enclosed spike to locate the light in my flower bed so that I can rotate the light upward. The light has a wide range of motion as does the solar panel. I have been pleased with the fact that with approximately 6 hours of direct sun light the lamp stays lit all night on high. I would recommend this light for anyone who needs a single light to illuminate flags, trees, etc.”

“I bought this to light up my patio and it has worked flawlessly since the moment I took it out of the packaging (very nice packaging I must say - I will be buying these as gifts this Christmas). It gets a few hours of direct sunlight and seems to last throughout the night. I haven't seen in turn off yet. The LEDs are SUPER BRIGHT and have good range. It comes with a stake if you want to place it in the ground, or you can use the included screws and anchors to mount it to a wall. I am going to buy more for other parts of my property. “I work night shift and because winter is upon us (The days are getting shorter) I get home when It's still dark outside. I can't see the keyhole to my front door. While my cell phone has a flashlight, I am trying to carry keys, phone, purse, and carry on bag I use at work with all my tools & supplies. I often stop at the 24-hr grocery store on my way home which also ads to packages in my hands. I just don't have the hands to carry everything, no less, a phone with a flashlight. Then my husband discovered this product and ordered it, not expecting much because we get very little direct sunlight on the front of the house. Were we wrong!! He easily attached this to our front door (No nails or tools required!). By that evening, we opened to door to test the sensitivity to motion. WOW!!!! The whole door lit up and it was bright!! “I was looking for a light to put in the middle of my carport so when I arrive, I'm greeted with a nice blast of welcoming light and so no one can sneak up on me when I'm parking. I found the solution with this light. It's a lot brighter than I expected and it seems to get a solid charge from the sun because I've it at 6am and it still works. I love that it has 3 different modes to choose from. I'm using the sensor mode right now so it stays off unless it senses motion. I assume that helps keep it charged longer, allowing it to work from dusk to dawn. Great little light - 5 stars!”

“Extremely easy to install, and works great! I bought it to light up where my Trash cans are. I hated going out at night to take out the trash. Now, this lights it up nicely, and I don’t have to worry about going out there. I have it set on motion so it only comes on when someone walks in that area. I didn’t want to have it on all night, my neighbor has a bedroom on that side, I didn’t want it to bother their sleep. It is pretty bright. It worked perfectly for what I needed. I would recommend it. Follow the directions on the suggestion of height.”

“I have been looking to get solar lighting for my back porch steps and I am so happy to have found this product. My steps are sunny all day and well suited to a solar lighting solution, But it had to be bright without irritating the next door neighbors. ( we love our neighbors) So I tried this brand and am very happy with the results. They worked with less than 8 hours of sun light on the first night. They respond well to motion and our Pom sets off the sensor as well. The light is bright and well directed downward so the neighbors won't mind. Installation was a breeze and I was able to do it with hand tools (2 screws for each light) I even used small pilot nails the first night so I could move them if needed and as it turns out my placement was perfect, so I pulled the nails and set the screws in just a few min. Easy as you please. ”

“My husband installed these without telling me, so I was badly surprised when I went to walk around the side of the house and this thing POPPED on bright as could be from about 25 feet away! Wow. He also put one up on the front walkway to the house and that one surprised me too as I set foot onto the sidewalk leading to the front door (about 20 feet). These are BRIGHT white light and seem to turn off about 15 seconds after the last motion is detected. Very happy with the brightness, sensitivity, and security they provide. We are going to buy another for the other side of the house. Excellent lights!!”

“I got the product and I was skeptical a solar panel could even keep my vehicles system charged because I have a Viper alarm and front and rear dashcam that records time lapses when it sees something pass in front of the camera, however, it uses the battery and drains it within a week to dead and the problem is I already had to replace one battery because of it, except, now with the Covid-19 pandemic I hardly drive it and I didn't want this new battery meeting the same fate also since the alarm including dashcam were draining the battery every week making it where I was needing a jump, so I bought this and plugged it in, thankfully, now the battery stays fully charged all the time and I can go out there fire up my Denali without it sounding like a vehicle struggling to get turned over and zings it to life every time. Hope my review helps someone that is on the fence about to get this device, just do it you won't regret it ”

“Too many times I have gone out to My boat to go fishing and I had forgot to put the battery's on charge the night before and I was met with not enough power to start a motor. A few days ago I bought this solar panel and I plugged it into the 12 volt lighter outlet on My boat and placed the panel where it could get full sun and I went back out to check it a couple of days later and My battery was at full charge so I left it connected because they have made this panel so it will keep the battery at full charge without over charging. Well today I went fishing and the power was up for the task of starting the boat motor. I am Happy One thing I did also just to keep the fish finder and radio working was I kept the panel plugged in and in the sun while I was fishing so I had all the music I wanted and all the power that I needed. You might think this is a high price for a solar panel but being able to get power out to My boat in the back yard and not having to drag a cord out to charge the battery the night before is nice. It's the way to go let the sun keep you charged up and make one less thing to think about.”

“Much simpler than the battery tender wall wart I was using prior. I will offer one word of caution to motorcycle users; you will need to rig up an adapter cable in order to directly connect this to your motorcycle battery SAE pigtail if you have one already connected. The solar panel does have an SAE connector on it already which will pair up directly with other standard connectors however the polarity won't match because SAE connectors are designed to shield the hot wire (thus the hot from the battery and the hot from the solar panel are both the female shielded ends. The device does have reverse polarity protection so it will cut out in case you do connect it wrong (as me how I know haha). Other then that connection snafu and having to build an adapter to use it (which is not standard usage based on the manual.) I'd say its a solid product. the stand is a little flimsy for my liking but I know I'm probably going to beat this thing up over the years so I'm going to build a new one. Worth the buy if you are looking for an alternative way to keep your motorcycle battery tended.”
